In 2025, our school was successful in securing Erasmus+ funding, providing an exciting opportunity for five members of staff to travel abroad and take part in professional development courses.
Three staff members travelled to Copenhagen, Denmark and attended two courses, two members attended a course titled “Design the Positive: Positive Thinking, Positive Communication and Positive School Spaces” while the third attended a course called “Learning in Motion: Exploring the Link Between Movement, Play, and Academic Success”. While another member attended a course called “Empowered Teachers: Rediscover Your Motivation and Energy” in Helsinki, Finland. The final member of staff travelled to Rome, Italy to study “ICT Tools for a Creative and Collaborative Classroom.”
The Erasmus+ programme allowed staff to develop new skills, gain valuable international experiences, and bring fresh ideas and approaches back to our school community.
