Microwave
This was discussed. If the covid numbers improve this will be revisited.
Hand Sanitising
This was discussed as we were informed that students are not doing this to the same level in the past along with sanitising.
Benches beside Astro-turf
This was discussed. Everyone was in agreement that they needed repairing or removing. Mr Rabbette informed us that new plastic bences were ordered in September and the delivery won't be until January/ February 2022.
The area was also becoming quite muddy and students were bringing dirt into the school.
Student Card ISIP
This was discussed and there has since been communication with isip for the cards and forms have been given out. Dylan and Leon were to work on this.
Water Fountains
This was discussed if covid numbers improve this will be revisited
PTM’s
Information issued this week to all schools about PTM’s. Mr Rabbette was organising face-to-face meetings but now the ptms will have to be done online.
Staff Meetings
Again as above these will have to be done over zoom
School Self Evaluation SSE
A planning day is scheduled for 25th November and students will have no school on this day. The focus will be on assessment and second years have already been surveyed.
Whole School Inspection Management Leadership and Learning WSE-MLL
The above focus is coming from one of the recommendations in the inspection report
Teaching & Learning
More interactive classes/Active learning was suggested but group work and peer work can be difficult due to Covid restrictions.The layout of the classroom has to stay as is, clusters of tables is difficult to do again with current regulations.
Lockers
This was discussed and Mr Rabbette said he would review the situation once numbers have improved. We discussed looking at a phased return. This was also discussed at Assistant Principals meetings and Pastoral care meetings with staff.
